About

Delphine Lamarque is a French artist who lives and works in Hossegor, France.

Driven by nostalgia for her childhood, she hunts, transforms and gives new life to tent canvases from the 70s, symbols of independence and freedom.
She sees these canvases, marked by the traces of time and whose seams hide unaltered parts, as a metaphor for our own existence.
As an emotional bridge between past, present and future, her work takes the viewer on a journey populated by minimalist dreamlike refuges for a joyful and nostalgic immersive experience.
